Accu-Trak is an electro-pneumatic operated navigation tracking system which provides the two functions of automatic navigational tracking and manual command turns.  It can be added as a complete system or as an add-on to your existing Brittain stabilization system. 

The Accu-Trak provides smooth navigational tracking coupled to either of two nav displays, including panel mounted GPS.

The system consists basically of an electronic controller assembly and an electro-pneumatic valve know as the Servo Control Valve, Model BI-805.  The controller amplifies and processes an electrical signal from the course needle of the OBS, which is then used to operate the servo control valve.  The valve is connected "in parallel" with the valve on the back of the TC100EVS Turn Coordinator Gyro.  Thus, an off course condition in one direction causes an electrical output to the servo control valve which pneumatically "overpowers" the gyro valve and actuates the servos, causing the aircraft to turn back toward the course.  Once reestablished on course the controller output drops to zero, allowing the gyro to return the aircraft to straight-and-level flight.
